Please watch below for updates regarding our Spring 2017 shipping schedule. We will provide regular updates as needed regarding any potential delays on certain nursery stock or estimated ship dates.
How it works: We have been accepting orders since September 2016 for the spring 2017 shipment. When we begin shipping, we generally send orders out in the sequence that they were placed. However, we are mindful of customers located in warmer and colder climates, and typically ship to them earlier or later on in our shipping process. We are also respectful of orders that have been previously scheduled for delivery during a specific week, and work those in during the process accordingly.
The entire shipping season typically takes 5 to 6 weeks to complete. If an email address was provided with your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation on the day your order ships. The email will contain the FedEx tracking number(s) so you can track your shipment(s) online.
Spring 2017 shipping updates:
March 31st, 2017: We have begun limited shipping as of March 27th, with about 1,250 orders leaving our shipping facility this week. The rest of the season will be on track for April and early May deliveries. We will begin full shipping of all species on Monday, April 10th. Please watch your email for an alert when your order ships!
April 5th, 2017: Shipping is underway, with all species starting to ship the week of April 10th. Most customers in the farthest southern part of the U.S. have received their shipments, and we are working our way through planting zones 6 and 7.
